From the very first phone conversation, Brenda was matter-of-fact and very well informed. I was flying in from Illinois and had no transportation per se. She said that she was just around the corner and would come and pick me up. I think she went above and beyond. After I went home to Springfield, she and my son John worked great together. I ended up buying the house I originally went there to look at. She spearheaded all the tasks that I could not do from out of state. We both liked each other's strategies and the complete process was a success. I look forward to enjoying the home as I near retirement.
