From the very first phone conversation, Brenda was matter-of-fact and very well informed. I was flying in from Illinois and had no transportation per se. She said that she was just around the corner and would come and pick me up. I think she went above and beyond. After I went home to Springfield, she and my son John worked great together. I ended up buying the house I originally went there to look at. She spearheaded all the tasks that I could not do from out of state. We both liked each other's strategies and the complete process was a success. I look forward to enjoying the home as I near retirement. She is always available to help with every question regarding stuff, before, during and also after closing. We are from overseas and had no idea about the process to buy a house in the states.
