| Please let me take a moment to relate to you my experiences with associates at your agency. My partner and I originally listed our home with Brenda Christian because we felt that she was familiar with our area (Tampa Heights) and felt that she would be most qualified to market our listing. She did not disappoint us. I was pleasantly surprised that, as we moved from reluctant sellers to motivated buyers, she was very patient with us and helped us to navigate through the process. I was even more impressed, however, with her negotiation skills. I am quite sure that she negotiated a much more favorable sales price than I would have been able to accomplish on my own. We also had the pleasure of working with Loren Fink. I can't say enough good things about the way we were treated by this young man. We visited scores of houses and townhouses.
