Favorite Quote: “If it’s not nice or necessary-don’t say it."

I grew up in the mid-west and moved here with my husband and two boys in 1994. We moved from a 1908 craftsman bungalow in Oklahoma and proceeded to purchase a 1928 Mediterranean in Tampa Heights. I love everything there is about older homes.
My husband and I have three adult boys, two dogs, two cats and a flying squirrel. We often have strays, people and otherwise, at our home. We instituted an “open door” policy years ago so even my customers “drop in”. Everyone is welcome!

Because of my background in computers, I was asked in 1997 to be the assistant to a friend who is a successful realtor in Apollo Beach. With her encouragement, I soon got my license and with my love for antique homes and established neighborhoods, I decided to specialize. I have never regretted that decision. There is nothing like the charm of a bungalow, the majesty of a victorian and the stately elegance of a med. rev! I often work in other areas, but my heart is in Tampa's first neighborhods.

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Tampa real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
